Reve De Mer is a prime location Seaside, Florida family favorite private residence-only 176 yard walk to the private beach and a 4 minute walk to downtown Seaside Amphitheater, surrounded with over 35 shops and restaurants! This beach cottage was just recently renovated, and is sure to be a crowd favorite!
Upon arrival, there is ample parking in front of the home as well as a designated driveway for one car. A generous front porch welcomes you with rockers, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a bench swing for a perfect morning coffee location. Step inside and the living room on the left has a large sofa, two club chairs and a large mounted mounted 4K UHD flat-screen TV perfect for family movie nights in or catching the game. Just off the renovated kitchen is the adjacent dining area that comfortably seats 6 - 8. There is a breakfast bar off the dining table that seats two more and views the kitchen. The renovated kitchen has beautiful quartz stone counters and all new stainless steel appliances, a four burner gas stove, and a large double door fridge ideal for cooking family meals in. Just off the common living areas is a renovated hall bath with vanity and access to one of the two outdoor showers.
On the first floor there is sleeping for three. The king primary bedroom with ensuite renovated bathroom has large closets, a large dresser, and a private large mounted flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom with a marble vanity and a tub & shower combination with a luxurious rain shower head. Also down is a bonus sleeping space with an additional twin bed.
The stairs just off the kitchen lead to the second floor featuring three more bedrooms and a large open sundeck that runs the length of the front of the home. The second bedroom up is a king bed with a closet and access to the shared sundeck that has beautiful tree top views and chaise loungers for three to soak up the sun. The third bedroom up is a queen bedroom with a closet and shared front sundeck access as well. The fourth bedroom up features two twin beds. All three bathrooms share a renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk in shower with a rain shower wand and a large rain shower head.
Off the rear of the home is a screened in porch with outdoor dining for four and a large lush fenced private back yard. There is a gas grill off the rear porch perfect for lazy afternoons grilling out. There are two enclosed outdoor showers as well a laundry room on the first floor with a full size washer & dryer.
The home is filled with puzzles, games, books, and music, giving guests another outlet for entertainment during their stay. There is also a full-size washer & dryer in the designated laundry room on the first floor.
