The Space:

Salt air drifts through open balconies as mornings begin slowly, coffee in hand and plans unfolding at an easy coastal pace. Evenings settle into a comfortable rhythm - the glow of a fire pit, warm water in the hot tub, and quiet conversations beneath a shaded pergola. Days here are shaped by beach time, outdoor living, and the ease of having space to gather across three levels.



This entire home in Santa Rosa Beach features five bedrooms and four baths spread across three stories, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Open living areas encourage time together, while multiple decks and balconies offer places to step away and unwind. The layout works well for families and groups who appreciate both shared spaces and privacy.



Sleeping arrangements

The first floor includes two bedrooms with access to outdoor porches or patios. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature bunk beds well suited for kids or friends traveling together. The third-floor primary bedroom opens to its own balcony, offering a quiet place to start or end the day.



Kitchen and living spaces

At the heart of the home is an open chef’s kitchen designed for shared meals and easy gatherings. A breakfast bar and dining table make it simple to enjoy meals together, while WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays. Smart TVs throughout the home provide relaxed entertainment after full days out.



Outdoor living

A fully fenced backyard creates a comfortable outdoor setting. The hot tub sits beneath a shaded pergola and is ideal for unwinding at any time of day. Nearby, the fire pit and outdoor seating invite evenings spent together, while patios and balconies throughout the home provide multiple ways to enjoy fresh air. A BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home.



Location and getting around

Beach access is nearby, with the shoreline just a five-minute stroll away. A street-legal, six-passenger golf cart is included to make trips to the beach, dining, and shopping easy. A signed waiver is required for golf cart use.



Additional details

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, free parking on the premises, and a Pack ’n play/travel crib. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
