Relax by the private pool, have s'mores by the fire pit or sip your favorite beverage in the screened-in porch overlooking beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Enjoy making memories with 18 of your favorite people! The main house boasts very large common areas along with a custom dining room table that seats 16! The spacious kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and all the appliances needed for those home cooked meals. The property is located within a mile of a full-service marina, beach and restaurant/bar! However, there is so much to do on the property, you won't want to leave!

Family Christmas Trip

Beautiful home with spectacular views!!! Our family of several generations walked into a gorgeous lodge atmosphere. The entire home was decorated for Christmas, wood was stacked and ready for the fireplace. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with more than enough coffee cups, plates, utensils, and cookware. The pool house and tree house were very comfortable. All 11 of use fit comfortably around the large fire pit where we cooked dinner and s’mores. Plenty of firewood was on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough good about the place. The owners were extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Would definitely book again.

A Great Find!

Enjoyed a Thanksgiving Family Reunion and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were top notch and Melissa has thought of everything to make your stay like a home away from home.

Excellent retreat opportunity!

We held our leadership annual retreat and the house was perfect! I would recommend this for a large group. I would stay here again and our team raved about the pool and views.

Family getaway

The stay was absolutely the best! The house was so beautiful and clean and exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding! Gorgeous views, stunning pool with waterfall, games, etc made it a wonderful experience without having to leave the property. Definitely plan on coming back here in the future.

Everything was clean, beautiful, comfortable. We had a day without water and two evenings with a leak in the ac unit. Of no one’s fault. Other than those misfortunate inconveniences we loved our stay!!

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

Why they chose this property

This property hosts large family groups with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller. There's a main house, pool house and incredible treehouse for living, sleeping and fun. The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
