This place is amazing!!!! Everything from the pool, living space, the tree house is such a fun thing for the kids, the kitchen is so well stocked and gives so much room for cooking for a large group. We had an amazing time for our annual family back to school get away m!!!!

This place is absolutely worth it. We booked it for a work retreat. It's stocked with lots of rooms, pool table, shuffle board, table tennis, and the pool is magnificent. It's also only 30 mins or less from floating the river, cliff diving, and casinos. With so much to do we had a blast! Very clean and the host is amazing!

Beautiful property, excellent communication with host. The property is very family friendly and the kitchen pots, pans and utensils for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and all of the rafts and pool toys. Everything was very well maintained. I would highly recommend the property!

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Owners answered questions quickly and equipped the house with ample equipment to minimize what we needed to bring for our family Thanksgiving.

It is a beautiful home with plenty for a family to enjoy. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids and grand kids, there were even inflatables and life jackets. The pool house was great for my son and his family. While the larger group stayed up late in the main house, they were able to sleep in the pool house with their young children and not worry about them being kept awake. The main house has a nice game room we enjoyed and the view is spectacular. It was such a stress relief to get up in the morning, make a cup of coffee, and site outside on the porch swing to view the lake. That in itself was worth the trip. The home owner was extremely helpful and kind. Our entire check-in/check-out process was a breeze and Melissa was great with communication. Zero complaints from start to finish, everyone in my family had an amazing time. We will definitely be looking to rent again in the future.

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

Why they chose this property

This property hosts large family groups with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller. There's a main house, pool house and incredible treehouse for living, sleeping and fun. The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
