This condo sits on the fifth floor of Summer Place, a beachfront property with a pool, a hot tub, and a sundeck overlooking the gulf. Enjoy a gym for your morning workouts, a boardwalk leading from the pool deck onto the sand, and a prime location in the center of Okaloosa Island near the pier, great restaurants, and attractions such as Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park.

Take the elevator upstairs to be greeted by a polished living space decorated in a soft palette of whites, greys, and baby blues. A wall of glass doors frame the gulf, leading outside to a shaded balcony with a table for alfresco dining. There's a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining area, and a living room with two sofas and a cable TV. Of the three bedrooms (all with TVs), one is a gulf-front primary suite with direct balcony access.

A private washer/dryer and central air conditioning are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
