Don't forget to bring beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Commercial vehicles, truck cabs, trailers, commercial vehicles, campers, recreational vehicles, boats, boat trailers, golf carts, scooters, mopeds, or similar vehicles and/or attachments/accessories may not be parked at Surf Dweller.
The property is going through renovations until 4/5/2024, including painting, building repairs, balconies, and walkways.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Surf Dweller 306

Surf Dweller 306 was a wonderful place to stay. The condo itself was as described. The condo is in the middle of the building and immediately in front of the elevator, which is nice as you carry up bags or groceries. The initial supplies of essentials are provided but you will need to supply the rest after. The beds were not the most comfortable for our preference, but nothing that would keep us from returning. We were not aware initially but beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs was provided by the unit. The beach is absolutely beautiful, white sand, perfect for walking, not crowded. The communication was great. The information before getting to the condo was clear and easy to follow. They messaged me to check how everything was upon arrival and to let me know if we had any concerns/problems. I let them know the Keurig machine was not working and they had a brand new replacement to the Condo within a couple hours. Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Condo was great. There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Bunk room beds were much larger than they look in the photo. Very pleased. Area was very nice and close to everything.

Excellent floor plan for family

We loved our stay in 306! Honestly, my suggestions for improvement are minimal: The lights in the master bedroom did not work. Some of the reading lights in the bunk room didn’t work. The washer and dryer did work, but didn’t wash sand out well. Parts of the refrigerator were broken, including the ice maker (the most annoying problem for us). No plastic dishes. The condo is obviously designed for families since there is a bunk room, so I would expect more kid friendly dishes. Would recommend smart TVs over cable. Not a well stocked kitchen; there was no Tupperware for leftovers after cooking. Now for the positives: The layout was perfect for our family. The location was right in front of the elevator which was nice since we had a ton of kids toys to lug around. Very pretty, beach themed design and was updated with plenty of seating. Easy to park, never had to look around for a spot. Nice patio furniture. Overall, a few minor improvements and the condo would be perfect! Just remember to bring your Roku and some Tupperware. 😊
