Very nice, new and stylishly furnished apartment with a view of Baden-Baden, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The center, the Festspielhaus, casino and Kurhaus, the congress center and the Caracalla thermal baths can be reached in a few minutes on foot (600 m ) not to forget the beautiful Lichtentaler Allee!

Immaculate apartment in a great location, in a quiet spot with wonderful views from the bedroom, lounge & the large balcony. It has everything including welcome gifts of cheese, gateau & wine. Convenient for the city and old town. Perfect hosts; great communication before & during our stay.

Tranquil with a great location

An excellent place in Baden Baden. A quiet place, a terrace to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the view (a definite plus), a short walk to city center and excellent hikes in a surrounding area right at your ‘fingertips’. Barbara, our host, made us feel very welcomed. I Where are you? I would highly recommend this accommodation to future visitors to the area.

Great accessible apartment in super location

We loved staying at this apartment in Baden-Baden with our daughter who uses a wheelchair. The location is great - you can walk into town or out into the hills (if you can manage hills!). The apartment is beautiful and everything has been thought of. We loved the terrace with beautiful views.

Superb!

We expected a nice property from the description and reviews but we were completely blown away when we entered this beautiful flat. It feels brand new and Barbara has thought of everything! Her attention to detail is exquisite and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We have already booked again for 2024.

A fabulous find! This apartment and host, Barbara, exceeded all expectations!! The entire apartment was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, the bed/linens were top rate. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, spices, detergent, glasses, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, clothes drying rack, etc. Great balcony with a table, chairs and beautiful view. A covered parking spot was just steps to the front door. Barbara was great with quickly emailing information and answering questions. She thoughtfully provided cheese, fruit, coffee, chocolate, pretzels and other treats/supplies and was outside waiting to greet us and give an orientation in the apartment. The apartment building is in town on top of a steep hill with steps leading down into the middle of town. You can also easily drive in to town.Definitely felt like a home away from home with the h

Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Toller Balkon, schon eher eine Dachterrasse mit super Ausblick. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, dennoch absolut ruhig. Eigener überdachter Parkplatz. Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tiptop! Warmherzige Gastgeberin. Wunderbares Appartement mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Liebevoll gestaltet. Umfassendst ausgestattet. Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und Nettigkeiten der Gastgeberin. Zentral gelegen: 10 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es gibt außerdem eine große Terrasse mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in verschiedener Weise gut erreichbar. Kurz gesagt: Besser geht es nicht.Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und die wunderbare Kommunikation.

eine perfekte ferienwohnung mit absolut luxuriöser ausstattung, sei es das sehr hochwertige bett inkl bettwäsche, oder die dicken flauschigen handtücher. die wohnung war erstklassig geputzt und eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und werden definitiv im nächsten jahr wieder kommen. die gastgeberin hat ebenso mindestens 5 sterne verdient, eine so nette sympathische elegante frau, die uns freundlichst empfangen hat. der kühlschrank war übrigens auch bestückt, u.a. mit einer flasche champagner. parkplatz vor der tür. die lage ebenso 5 sterne. vielen dank!

We where in this apartment for a stay of 5 days.... The apartment is really fantastic...complete of all you can need.... Kitchen fully equipped with dish washer,washing machine,Nespresso coffee machine...dining room with big TV and large and comfortable sofa, terrace fantastic with curtain to protect from the sun and beautiful flowers and plant,bed large and comfortable,bathroom perfect... Position in a quiet area close to the center. All the place to be visited are in a walking distance from here...park for the car included...I cannot find any not positive aspect. And a very special thanks to Barbara the owner of the apartment...too much fine person...she gave us a lot of present (food and a final surprise)... Really really strongly suggested!

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein riesiger Balkon mit üppiger Bepflanzung aus Koniferen und Blumen vorhanden, der einen herrlichen Blick in den Schwarzwald bietet. Bei einem erneuten Besuch des Nordschwarzwaldes wären wir gerne wieder Gast in dieser Wohnung.
