In the living room you will find a sofa bed, TV, stereo with CD player, the open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and much more. fitted. The round dining table can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed 2x 0,90 mx 2,00m and wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a real glass shower and toilet. Small storage room for suitcases etc.
The apartment house ELISE impresses with its central and very quiet location opposite the spa park. Nevertheless, you are in only 2 minutes by the sea, in just 1 minute in the pedestrian area with numerous shops and restaurants. The house has 7 two-room apartments, 6 of them with balcony, behind the house you can park your car for free. wifi free of chargeBed linen / towels towels bookablePets not allowed For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of travel on the weekend. Sehr gut gelegen und trotzdem ruhig
Diese Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig neben ein Park. Sie ist optimal für 2 Personen. Sie war frisch renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Man merkt zwar, dass sie wohl hauptsächlich für die Vermietung gedacht ist. Es fehlt für die Gemütlichkeit etwas Deko (und im Gegensatz zum Bild sind keine Vorhänge da) und vielleicht noch ein Paar Bilder in richtige Höhe. Was uns gefehlt hat war außerdem ein Auflaufform um den Backofen besser zu nutzen. Alles Kleinigkeiten.Schön ist, dass ein Fahrradraum vorhanden ist. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für das ParkplatzProblem. Es sollen 7 Parkplätze vorhanden sein aber es passte immer nur 6 Autos drauf. Die heutigen Autos sind breiter als dafür projektiert.
