Grundsätzlich ein schönes Appartement. Das Objekt, vor allem Toilette, war bei Übergabe nicht sauber. Das Zustellbett kann von Erwachsenen und von größeren Kindern nicht benutzt werden. Es ist klapprig und zu kurz und unbequem. Es wurde nur ein Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass getrennte Wege schwer vielen.
