Confusing on check in. Bathroom was separate from the room not sure if we shared it.

Tiny but nice.

Overall very good. Pros: Very clean, nice bathroom, efficient little place. Cons: No heat/cooling control in suite. This was managed by the host so if it needed adjusting you had to reach out to the host for it. Bed was too hard for our taste but if you like a hard bed it would be for you.

great value

Super close to the beach, with a view out the window of the gulf and the price is right. Bed is comfortable and the host is great. Everything is excellent and the only thing I would say is a drawback is that there is no access to an outside sitting space, which won't be an issue most of the time because it's so close to the beach. But if the weather is bad you're stuck inside. Again that won't be an issue most of the time, but we got unlucky and got a lot of rain when we were there. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

The Best of both Beaches!

We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area about a half a mile away by vehicle. Super fun! We felt we had two beach experiences during one trip. Definitely plan coming back with our grandchild next time. The owner was very responsive.

My daughter and I stayed here 2 nights. The space was very clean and large enough for us two. The check in process is very easy. We really enjoyed how close to the beach it was. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The views are beautiful from every window in the suite. Kim is very accommodating and quick to respond. The location is very walkable to restaurants.

It was alright

It was a good stay, but there were a couple things we didn’t like. The first being have to walk up and down stairs to get to the elevator. The other thing was my mom knocked her kneecap out of place on the edge of the bed and I bruised mine. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Sunrise out your windows! It is across the street from the beach but” the sand and ocean are just steps away “We were right across from where the wedding party was and the wedding so the location was perfect for us . This suite was good for 2 people .Also near some of our favorite places to eat .

Sweet suite steps from the beach

This was our third stay at this guest suite in a year. We love the location for many reasons, mostly being steps away from the beach. It is very clean and has the necessities we need away from home. The host is on site if needs arise but we havent had any issues. Perfect for a single, couple, or couple and one child or teen who are there to spend a vacation on the beach with a comfy room to sleep, have some light meals or dine out at many places a few minutes away, or hop the trolly with a stop close by. We will book again!
