This ground floor apartment is apart of collection of apartments in a historic home, established in 1854.

Ideal for guests with mobility issues, this "garden" apartment boasts with natural light, and offers a warm, inviting design pallet. Chatham Square Quarters is truly the perfect retreat for your Savannah vacation. Curl up with a book on the couch or one of several comfortable arm chairs around the apartment. A rainy day won’t be able to dampen your spirits as you relax in front of the large TV. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the smart television, or playing a game of cards with your party, you'll have an ample amount of space to relax together.

At the back of the apartment, the spacious and charming kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you'll need to prepare home cooked meals. The charming bistro set is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, overlooking the shared courtyard, where you can also relax with an evening glass of wine!

Between the living room and kitchen, with a tasteful mix of antique furniture, both bedrooms feature a king-size bed, with an ample amount of storage. Just off of the hallway, guests can find a full bathroom with a large vanity and tub-shower combination.

Girls weekend!

This place was clean, quiet and conveniently located. There were 4 of us girls here, sharing 2 king size beds. One bed was very soft and a bit noisy. The unit worked well for us. A nice perk was to be able to leave our suitcases with the Lucky Savannah office after checkout as we had an afternoon flight.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and street level entry. It was so nice to walk across the street and hang out in the park after a long day of sight seeing. The rental was nice, spacious and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was adequate , good washer and dryer, beds were firm. A few things that disappointed us.1- the unit smelled like smoke,it was a non smoking unit. I called was told someone would come and fix the smell, no one ever came. We spent $20 of our own on Freebreeze, small space air fresheners and a candle. 2- The outdoor space out back could use some love. 3- Why only redo the shower walls? The old tub was very high and slick with a poor fitting nonslip mat for in it. Would be wise to install a safety hand rail.

Great location, needs updating

Property smells like a musty basement. Courtyard was dirty and fairly unusable. Back door held closed with twist tie. TV in bedroom did not work. TV in living room is poor quality and need upgraded. Needed more towels. Property was just ok but would not stay in this unit again.

Breath of fresh air

We so enjoyed staying on Chatham Square! We had everything we needed, the place was quiet and restful, and beautiful. So easy to get everywhere we needed to be from our front door, whether we used our car or walk. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your excellent service as well. It made our stay much easier to obtain and 2 questions while there were answered immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at the apartment 3-4 days. Great location. Within walking distance of everything downtown, riverwalk, and shopping. The apartment was clean, however, is in need of updates.
