We keep the basement for ourselves when we are in town. Separate entrances
We probably won’t see each other but always available by text or call. We do have 2 small dogs you may hear.

Great stay

This was a lovely home. We stayed for 28 days. Great location. I appreciated all they provided.

We were pleased with the guests who stayed and would be happy to host them again. They left the home in order and clean. No real contact during month long stay, leaving us to believe their needs were met!

Amazing House

The house was comfortable, roomy and an amazing Mountain View out the great room and kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable beds to sleep in.The garage and mud room was exceptionally convenient and extensive!Nice kitchen appliances and kitchen supplies

I love Utah and the beautiful mountains my home is surrounded by. After being widowed I recently remarried a widow from Texas. We split our time between Texas and Utah now. The basement apartment has a separate entrance and that is where we live when we are in town.

Why they chose this property

We love the area we are in. Not too far from hustle and bustle if everything you’d want but wide open sky’s and views makes it feel very serene.

What makes this property unique

Garage access. We provide an opener and there is room for 2 cars.
We allow dogs as long as they stay off carpeted areas.
Perfect place for a family between homes, building or just want to enjoy what Utah has to offer
