Immaculate & well furnished cottage is cozy & comfortable. The two queen mattresses were chosen to provide luxury slumber. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning wake up time.
A laundry room with washer & dryer , & a large driveway space for several vehicles. Located in the heart of town, so only a short walk to the beach, marina, restaurants, & shopping.
Rate is based on 2 persons. Additional guest is $20 per person, per night.

Why they chose this property
This is one of several properties we have purchased over the years. The main consideration of this particular property was because of the location which is so convenient to all the downtown festivities & amenities. Besides the "cottage cuteness" it is only a couple of blocks to the beginning of our city walking trails, the marina, college, library, beach walking, as well as the local restaurants & shopping.
What makes this property unique
We chose this home not only because it is a home we would enjoy retiring in but because when we do, we will be within walking distance to our downtown area.
