Visit the charming villa, which is situated in a quiet location in the famous tourist centre of Medulin. The fenced property includes an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, an elegant terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful ecological garden with a variety of herbs. At your disposal are a covered terrace including a summer kitchen and a barbecue. The interior consists of two flats that are rented as one unit. One flat is on the ground floor and the second on the ground floor. Each flat has a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A total of 9 people can be accommodated. You have three bedrooms at your disposal - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, while in the living rooms there are extra beds on the couch.
