Cozy Off-grid stay in the heart of the forest

The Gypsy Caravan is a romantic getaway for those trying to get close to nature. This space is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a sitting space. This romantic hideaway requires climbing a short ladder to the loft. Enjoy spectacular mountain views and your own fire pit and chairs to sit under the stars. *Be advised, it is insulated, but not heated, so if you are looking for a winter spot, pack wisely and warmly. In the summer, open the windows for a cool breeze. Property is entirely off-grid. The Gypsy Caravan has its own fire pit.

Located on Toad Hill, a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!

Please bring a bottom sheet. Our units only have mattress protectors. Please note that there is no running water and no electricity in this accommodation. Bring a few items including sleeping bags and sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as well as food and utensils, cookware, flashlights, and water or a water purifier. The host asks that guests practice "leave no trace ethics" during their visit. There is an outhouse located near the barn. In the winter car access is limited and guest will have to hike to their accommodations.
