Cozy Retreat

This cozy townhouse offers comfort and convenience in a location to couples and families that are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, a few blocks from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Ground level has a spacious living and dining area, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has a BBQ and seating to enjoy mornings and afternoons by the canal. The second level has two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a closet. The master has a private balcony that overlooks the canal.

Two stories. At the second floor two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Master bedroom has a Queen Bed and private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. Guest bedroom, ahs two twin beds. Both room has Smart Tv`s and toiletries.
Main living area has a living room, dining room for four, Full kitchen , Half bathroom. Onsite washer and dryer.
Semiprivate terrace with barbeque and seating.
Two tandem parking spaces.

Keyless entry door. The manager will provide an entry code the night before your check-in.

The entry door has a keyless system, so the guest would have fully access from the moment the reservation begins. The guest will find a booklet with important information regarding house rules and manager contact information.

Quite community located at 1 mile form the beach, restaurants, shopping. Located by the intracoastal and near a river facility to rent power boats and canoes.

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport exit towards West I-595, keep your right and exit I-95 North towards West Palm Beach. Exit East at exit 29, Sunrise Boulevard. Turn left at Bayview Drive and then right on NE 14th Street. Property will be on you right.

The property has Wi-Fi and Tv`s integrated channels for streaming. For the beach lovers, the property is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and Umbrella.
Galleria mall, just half mile from the townhouse, offer elevated shopping and diner experience.
