Excellent location and accommodations!

We stayed for one night for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The walk to the stadium was well lit and very close! The house had everything you needed and three bathrooms was perfect for getting ready!

Great for family

We only spent one night at the property because we were on a road trip, but it also would have been a great place if we were staying longer. Plenty of room for all of us and it was a quick uber ride to downtown.

Perfect Location for Downtown Activities

Property manager was quick to respond, house was perfectly located to efficiently travel downtown and home was beautifully updated and functional with many additional amenities provided. Will be staying again.

Just there for one night for a concert in town! Stay was perfect, clean, and cute. Only thing bathroom lighting wasn’t great and for a group of girls getting ready lighting is important haha! But, it was still a great place

Great Hone away from Home

We had such a great time being able to spread out as a family and relax in this house. Check in and check out we're incredibly stress free and the house had everything we needed for a week away.

Clean home, close to downtown

A nice, clean property with a good number of beds for our girls getaway. It just took a short Uber ride to get where we were going downtown. The host was especially responsive to my questions both before arriving and during our stay. We had a great visit!

Perfect for our Trip!

Very spacious, loved the number of bathrooms. Impressive ice availability for us bourbon lovers. Well stocked kitchen, clean. Would have liked larger beds and blind options for the elongated windows but that’s just aiming for perfect. Very easy check in and good communication.

This place was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown and Indianapolis University Hospital. The decor was tasteful, as well as The Big Lebowski pic framed on the wall…loved it!

The house was so clean, the house was so cozy, neighborhood was quiet, my family enjoyed the stay so much! We will definitely stay again! Communication with Corey was the best he answered all the questions I had. Check in and check out was also very smooth!

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s close to everything in the city. It was comfortable, a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we would need. Corey was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again if we are back next year.

Cute and Convenient!

My sister's bachelorette party was in Indianapolis and this was a great place for those of us from out-of-town to spend our down time and stay the night. It's roomy and the living room was a so comfortable for us to all fit and play board games or watch movies. The check in and check out processes were a breeze, and it's also close to everything, and even though it's street parking, you don't have to park far. Would definitely recommend!

Quick trip to Indy

We stayed in Big Blue for one night in February when we came to town from Ohio to see Billy Joel and Sting. The house had plenty of room for seven adults, and it was clean, cute and comfy! We all really appreciated the ample bathroom space--you'd be surprised at how much is tucked into this house! Corey was quick to answer messages, and the check-in process was a breeze. It's a quick trip from there to Lucas Oil Stadium, so if you're coming to town for a game or concert, Big Blue is a great option--we could have walked if it wasn't so cold! Great stay--we all highly recommend :-)

US Olympic Swim Trials Visit

Booked this property while visiting Indy for the US Olympic Trials for Swim. Great location less than a 5 minute drive from Lucas Oil Stadium. Property did not disappoint, was well appointed and largely reflected the listing photos. Host was kind, informative and responsive. Only suggestion would be to complete the paint job in flight upstairs. We are picky and would definitely stay again!

Cozy House

Great stay close to Lucas Oil Stadium. Plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated and a nice layout with a queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom upstairs, and a loft area with 2 twin size beds that share a bath. Half bath also downstairs. Checkin was a breeze and easy on street parking right outside the door. Only negative is there is no place for clothing storage - no dressers or closets upstairs for hanging things but that wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Would also me nice to have a full length mirror. Host is very quick to respond so that was appreciated. Definitely recommend this home and host.

Upon arriving at the property, the neighborhood had abandoned buildings and properties in major disrepair. The listing was not as advertised. We have tried to get a refund from the property manager, as we left and paid for a hotel. To date, no refund has been issued, and the property manager is not responding.

Great Place Near Downtown & Fountain Square

We're local to Indianapolis and were looking for a place to spend an evening away from home. The Old Southside is one of the older neighborhoods in Indianapolis. The home is conveniently located to the downtown core and Fountain Square which is one of our favorite areas to visit. We'd planned a quiet night in and wanted a home that had a kitchen that was set up for some cooking. This home was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the gas stove. Overall the accommodations met our needs and we enjoyed our time in the home. We'll absolutely consider renting this one again the next time we want a night away.

Close and Amazing!

We stayed at this home for a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The house is within minutes of the parking lots and all of the downtown attractions. Inside has been redone and was the perfect setup for our group. The teen/pre-teen had their own space and the adults could hang out and enjoy the massive TV and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed to just enjoy our time! 2 1/2 baths were also appreciated when 6 girls needed to get ready. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to enjoy the Indy area and not wanting to waste the money on a hotel room. The back patio would have been perfect for our evening relaxation; however the storms moved in. Can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome getaway

I had the most terrific getaway at Corey’s home. It was so comfortable and I was just able to relax throughout. It had everything I needed especially cookware. There was also extra towels and blankets which I loved and the cleanliness of the place is great. The beds were so comfortable felt really great on my back especially dealing with scoliosis so that was a plus to me. Also, I loved how he had Netflix and other tv movie apps already logged on to where I can just watch that was so awesome. I would definitely stay here again and enjoyed my little getaway from home. Thank you so much !!
