Welcome to One More Drift, your dream waterfront retreat! This stunning sound front home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation and entertaining. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and tranquility. The kitchen is a culinary haven with ample counter space, perfect for creating delicious meals. Step outside to your private dock, ideal for boating, fishing, and soaking in breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy outdoor living on the expansive deck, perfect for dining al fresco or lounging in the sun. One More Drift combines luxury, comfort, and the ultimate coastal lifestyle.

2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Bunk Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Ice machine in bonus room is not for guest use.
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-Exterior camera's are for security purposes only
-No smoking
-No pets allowed
-Lift is not for guest use
-Two boat ties. One holds a 23ft and the other holds a 30ft.
-4ft at low tide

One More Drift

Rented this house for our family vacation. I will start with the positives - great location. Husband enjoyed having our boat at the dock to use easily with our son. Mattresses were soft. Plenty of towels and wash cloths available. Fairly stocked kitchen. Negatives - unable to use elevator at the house. when you have two small children (including a 4 week old), you have a lot of stuff. would have been nice to use instead of having to go up and down the stairs numerous times in the heat. there were dirty towels left from the previous renters as well as beer caps in the grass. The trash was already full and had not been taken out. We ended up buying our own linen for the master bedroom bc the sheets were extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms need an update but were clean. The wifi was spotty at best and required constant rebooting. We thankfully brought out Roku from home as the smart TV in the living room only would pull up netflix. The one frying pan in the kitchen had Teflon flaking off on our food so we had to purchase one to use as well. Would have also been nice to have had access to the ice machine that is pictured - it had a lock on the plug. The outdoor furniture is extremely outdated, worn, and even torn in some places. For the price of the place, would need more updates for us.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so happy you enjoyed the location and having easy access to your boat! Unfortunately, the owners have made the decision to not allow guests to use the elevator and that is why the property does not show an elevator as an amenity. Trash is picked up 2 times a week during the summer, but we will always haul trash off if you call us and need that done during your stay. Whenever a guest finds something at the property that doesn't meet with their standard of expectations, all guests have to do is call us and we will be more than happy to do our best to accommodate them, just like at a hotel. We would have brought you new pots and pans, had you called us to let us know. The owners have not made the ice machine available to renters, and is not an amenity of the property.
