Private: swimming pool angular (4 x 2 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). Parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, bar 160 m, bus stop "La Ponderosa T" 1.2 km, railway station "Cunit" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Sitges 20 km, Barcelona 61 km, Tarragona 41 km, Port Aventura 51 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Het huisje was dik in orde de sleutel was er mooi op de afgesproken tijd wel jammer dat doe mevrouw alleen Spaans praten en geen andere taal als ergens is heeft ze weinig tijdt en moet je proberen om het zelf op te lossen communicatie ging via wattsap ivm vertaling

Jolie maison dans laquelle il ne manque rien sauf un micro ondes Attention.. Piscine un peu petite. Piscine très sale à l arrivée. Nettoyée 48 h après Nous avions payé lai maison complète 3 chambres comme dans l annonce mais la personne de l agence qui ne parle ni lle français ni l anglais ne voulait pas que nous utilisions le haut. qui n était pas prêt et elle a essayé de nous imposer de ne prendre que les 2 chambres du bas. Nous avons dû insister car nous avions payé la maison complète.

MAISON TRES AGREABLE

Maison très bien équipée, et bien agencée. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé le barbecue dans la cour intérieure, pour manger au calme. excellent accueil de XXX de l'agence immobilière. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas Internet...et pendant notre séjour, la box pour son installation est arrivée, mais nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier. Bémol, il n'y avait pas de clim, ni ventilateur, et on a eu très chaud la nuit. Un grand miroir serait apprécié, il y a largement la place sur des murs vides. nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir le resto la XXX à 50m de la maison, nous y avons dégusté une paella délicieuse.
