Ma'am, you urinate our mattress and left all our towels unable to be use again... we post our home pictures online, you could've decided it was old before booking our home.

My sincere apologies about the situation that day. However, we contracted Vrbo regarding the situation and they suggest we should kick you out due to failure reporting number of guests. I am not quite sure what Vrbo have discussed between our guests. As hosts, we negotiated and offered you money for another place. But again, please take consideration that we could've use the option to simply remove you from our property for violating our guidelines.

I am very sad to hear about this review despite the truth that we ignored our check in time at 3pm, and make an exception for you to enter at 12pm considering your travel situation. We also live in Houston where a lot of ants are and the recent storms could sometimes drive them in unless you meant the ants outside... I apologize about the smells but I believe the cleaners would have spotted if it was reeking. I especially apologize our home didn't meet your standards. Although I believe it is unfair that we have pictures and prices available on our pages. We never meant to surprise you about our home as hosts, but we would definitely consider our kindness next time.
