We loved this stay! The basement rooms were perfect for sleeping in after a long noght on the town. The house was charming, the host amazing and the whole process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

My kids and I spent one night in KC and I wanted to make the most of our time. This BNB is very spacious and comfortable. My son and I played pool and my daughter and her friend enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. We were disappointed in the Pac-Man arcade being down. Tatum was very accommodating and quick to reply. I look forward to coming back!

Absolutely GREAT location! Just minutes from the T-Mobile center, we came to see Cardi-B! Food, stores and gas stations just minutes from the house. The house was very clean! Beds were very comfortable and there is a ton of space, it is bigger than it appears. Will be booking again in the summer when we come back to go to the jazz museum.

Great stay

Overall had a great stay at the property! Everyone slept comfortably. The only thing I would recommend is giving a little more info for the check out process, what to do with excess trash, things of that nature.

P!NK Concert and 50th birthday celebration.

This place is really clean and fun! The beds were comfortable. It was very close to T-Mobile center and Power & Light District. We enjoyed our visit!

Great Place To Stay

The house itself is great! My kids (and I) really had fun with the video games downstairs. The inside was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was a little run down but we never felt unsafe. If we go back to KC we will stay there again.

Overall, we had a good stay. The photos accurately represented the inside of the home, and everything indoors was as expected. The beds were very comfortable, and both the adults and kids really enjoyed spending time around the pool table. Unfortunately, the Pac-Man arcade machine was out of order during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it.Our biggest concern was the location. We wish the listing had included exterior photos or a better representation of the surrounding neighborhood. The home is located off what feels like a back alley, and we genuinely felt unsafe, especially traveling with my mom and our children. Each evening we found ourselves getting inside quickly and locking the doors immediately. While we appreciated that the home had a security alarm system, it didn’t change how uncomfortable we felt about the area.Had we known what the neighborhood looked like beforehand, we would have chosen a different property. We think adding exterior and neighborhood photos would help future guests make a more informed decision, especially families with children.
