We did not use the hot tub and we only use the pool for picture purposes, but still overall it was very great to have. The only thing we all laughed about was the little step from the hallway into the living room area and nearly killed us all lol but overall, it was a very great place. We would definitely stay here again if we were in town.

Great little home

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. It’s close to a lot of shopping and good places to eat and the bonus is having the pool to cool of on the end of a long hot day. Definitely will be staying again.

The house was just as described, and is beautiful! The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. And the location was PERFECT!! We were no more than 20min away from EVERYTHING! Braunz was an AMAZING host- friendly and very communicative!! Favorite hangout spot was definitely the Oasis in the backyard!!! Even my fur babies stayed sunbathing outside!! We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!!

Everything we hoped for!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this North Miami gem. It's always nerve-wracking choosing accommodations in an unfamiliar area, but the house was exactly as described and just what my friend and I were hoping for. Super accessible to the airport and the venue of the concert we were in town to see. Tons of great restaurants nearby. And the host was wonderful from booking through checkout, super responsive and generous with restaurant suggestions. Would absolutely stay again!

This property was exactly what we wanted! The layout was great to host four friends, the pool outside area was great to relax by and still enjoy some basketball on the tv! We were within walking distance to a great park with a beautiful trail! And the host was so helpful with recommendations on places to hit nearby. He answered questions very fast and communicated so well!!!

We had a fantastic experience with this property! The owner was very responsive. We are a family of five, having a full kitchen with all cookware saved us so much on food costs. We were able to do laundry. The owner provided soaps, detergents, and paper products. The sheets and towels were clean. The yard was a huge asset for the kids to go outside and play in a safe, fenced in space. The wifi was very reliable and strong enough to reach out to the yard. The house is conveniently located 2 blocks from Starbucks, a variety of restaurants and shops.
