Good site, but needs work

First, I'd like to mention that the house was advertised as a 5 bedroom, but it really isn't. We made it work with the futon upstairs, but it was a little disappointing. The house was pretty clean, but needed a LOT of organization especially in the kitchen. Stuff was just put away everywhere and there was junk in almost every drawer. We had problems with bugs upstairs in the game room. These little "worms" or something kept appearing. I probably should have reported it, but I was too busy. There were other problems there too, but overall I would probably stay there again hoping the host would work on it a little. The host is really easy to reach and responsive, so I appreciated that.

Yes Eric, that is correct the house is 4 bed with a loft. The VRBO site doesn’t show loft so bedroom is what they listed. I will reach out to them again to see if this is something that can be updated. As far “junk” in drawers. I’ve checked every single one and all the items there are for use. Keep in mind we have all types of families staying, from families who had have had a catastrophe I can’t live in their homes to families who are traveling for pleasure and some for business. The kitchen is also fully stocked and in order so I am not sure what you are referring to. We also have pest control on schedule. Another thing you may want to do next time you travel is take pictures of whatever you see so the host can address the issue ASAP. I received your review a month after your check out. Hopefully we made up for it by giving you an early check-in at 12 PM instead of our normal check-in time is at 4 PM at no additional charge
