Cosy chalet "Piccolo", 1'600 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1999, renovated in 2020. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Saas-Grund, in a quiet, elevated position, 1.6 km from the skiing area. Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 70 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 70 m. Shop 1.6 km, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 1.6 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice rink 1.6 km. Please note: Non-smoking house. The SaastalCard offers various discounts on cable cars and free regional buses in the Saas Valley. Any additional parking space (CHF 5.00/day) is available only upon request and subject to availability.
"Haus Piccolo", 7-room chalet 230 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2020, comfortable and modern furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Upper floor: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Exit to the garden, west facing position. 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine (extra), baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Parking (3 cars) at 70 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Ski Weekend

The appartment was really nice and it had all we needed for our long ski weekend. It is a bit aside but bus connections to slopes are very good and convinient. Hosts were friendly and supportive, quickly answering all my quesiions and showing flexibility. Very good price.

Accueil personnalisé et très convivial. Chalet spacieux et bien équipé. Idéal pour des groupes d'amis (chacun à son étage avec sa salle de bain, grand espace commun pour les repas et loisirs). Bien placé, en dehors de la localité mais bien desservi par les bus locaux.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Piccolo sehr genossen. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross, sauber, modern eingerichtet und ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in Saas Grund

Mit unserer Grossfamilie (6 Personen + Freundinnen und Freunde + befreundete Familie =12 Personen) verbrachten wir sehr schöne Ferien in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus. Grosszügige Raumaufteilung, auch mit vielen Gästen nicht eng. Sehr sauber.

Die Ruhe, die Berge, die Wälder und Bäche lassen einem staunen. Tolle Wanderungen mit Aussicht auf viele Gipfel und Gletscher sind ein Highlight. Die Blumen so vielfältig wie selten gesehen. Das Haus ist geräumig und bequem eingerichtet.

Vacances de ski à Saas-Grund

Jolie maison au calme, très spacieuse et propre. Les propriétaires sont aimables et accueillants. Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances à la montagne. Seul petit bémol: dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de "consommables" comme du papier toilette ou des sacs poubelle pour le prix de la location. Je recommande vivement cette maison ou même un grand groupe y trouvera de l'espace.
