Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cozy 2 bedroom apartment! Nestled in the foothills of the smoky mountains with Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and more all within an hours drive. Enjoy the outdoor shared patio area with chairs, firepit, and grill! Right on top of beautiful Cherokee Lake with multiple lake access' including German Creek Marina within a mile. Fishers, travel workers, Vacation ready!

Our space is completely furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, etc. for any cooking needs. All of our units include Keurig Coffee makers with complementary pods stocked and provided ! Living room and bedroom is stocked with Smart Roku TV's with almost any streaming app you could need to log into your own streaming accounts as well as tons of Roku and Peacock live channels! Free, fast WIFI available! Plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows always available. This unit is in a shared building with another apartment upstairs. You will have your own private entrance. The outdoor "hangout" patio area is shared with this unit and 2 others. Feel free to enjoy the firepit, seating, and charcoal grill anytime!

NOTE: Security cameras are located on the property. One is located at the front door and the other located at the front door of the adjacent building. These are strictly for security purposes and no private areas are under surveillance whatsoever.

Very Responsive!

Uniquely decorated. Pictures in posting very closely resembles rental. Loved all the sayings they have placed in the unit ... very positive. Only complaint.. I would have preferred a regular coffee pot. They provide a Keurig ... if you drink alot of coffee you might want to bring some extra.
