Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Spacious but not clean
Renting Friday- Sunday, arrived after midnight Friday. Spacious for 7 women. We were surprised to see the bed looking like it was slept in and a torn comforter. Also the floors were not vacuumed nor were the bathrooms, showers or tub cleaned or the fridge wiped. There was hair everywhere. Also hair on what should have been clean folded towels in the drawer. There was a bag of new sheets ripped open and jewelry left in the burrow. We're paying a cleaning fee for a home which isn't clean. We reached out to the phone number provided sending photos. They apologized for the property not being cleaned and offered to send a cleaner. At that point we would have to re pack, and we had already started to clean the space when we arrived. We appreciated the offer to have a cleaning service come but the home should have been cleaned when we arrived, there was plenty of time for the home to be cleaned/checked as we arrived so late in the day. The bathroom with the tub and shower we didn't use as we didn't want to clean all that. Only used the small bathroom. The amount of hair and the messy bed, someone cleaned with their eyes closed.
