Just outside the centre of Villasimius, near the long, sandy beach of the village, the 2-storey holiday home Raggio di Luna enchants guests with a modern living room. The cottage has a stylishly-furnished living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with beautifully coloured tiles, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. In the outdoor area, you will find a garden with Mediterranean plants and a balcony on the 1st floor, which boasts a wonderful view of the small town and the surrounding area. Here you can enjoy tasty meals, end the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sky transform at sunset. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are right on your doorstep and the historic centre of the city is 500 m or 6 minutes walking from the house. The sandy beach of Spiaggia di Villasimius is an 18-minute walk (or 1.5 km) from the property and the sandy beach of Spiaggia di Campulongu is only 6 minutes away by car. Spend a restorative holiday in absolute relaxation and let the rays of the sun warm your skin. The accommodation is perfect for those who are looking for both a beach holiday and a city holiday.

Perfect stay!

Pros: A well equipped child friendly home with everything one could need (lots of toys included). Very comfortable bedd (please be advised that the bunk beds don't have an actual door to the leaving room). Charming modern, but still authentic. We would return in an heart beat. Cons: If anything, some room for groceries would be nice.

Fantastic!! Fantastico!!!

Pros: I have to give a big thank you to Nunzio for answering all my questions before my stay and after my stay in Sardegna. He has been a big help. He even let my family stay more hours after check out since my child got sick. The apartment is in a perfect location. Close to town and close to the beach. It is very modern and very clean. The beds were really comfortable. You can really see that Nunzio puts big effort in making this home as pretty as possible. I highly recommend this place Cons: The AC in the living room didn't feel as "strong" as the one in the bedroom. Maybe it needs to be checked up. A more comfortable sofa. My dad was only inside the house since it was a heat wave and sat a lot on sofa.

Pros: Il silenzio e la riservatezza del quartiere, vicina alla strada principale. La casa è dotata di tutto, ogni servizio è disponibile ed è perfetta per famiglie con bambini. Cons: Il letto a castello è un pó scomodo per un adulto ma si dorme davvero bene.

Fantastica in tutto e per tutto!

Pros: La casa è ben organizzata, molto funzionale. Ogni angolo non peccava in pulizia e ordine. Vicina al mare stupendo, che solo Villasimius offre. Non serve la macchina perché è tutto vicino, ristoranti, bar e negozi sono tutti a due passi. I proprietari sono stati talmente carini che quasi non trovavo più le parole per dire grazie. Ho affittato la casa come regalo di nozze per delle amiche e devo proprio dire di aver fatto un FIGURONE! Cons: Impossibile trovare un difetto.

Pros: La casa era pulita e il mobilio nuovo. Molto vicina al centro di Villasimius Cons: Non ci sono due camere da letto, come pubblicizzato, ma una sola camera più due letti a castello in una scaffa, proprio davanti alla porta di detta camera. Il giardino, nel quale si dice che ci si può rilassare, è in realtà solo il piccolo accesso all’appartamento. Complessivamente il prezzo mi è sembrato un po’ caro.
