Beautiful cottage tucked away in the woods. The host did a tremendous job on communication and making our stay memorable. We will definitely be looking at booking this property in the future. I wish we had stayed longer.

We had such a great time at the cottage! It was the perfect getaway for our family. The cottage had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to toys, games, and even firewood. The street the cottage is located on is quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Mary is a great host, and we plan to be back in the future!

Thank you so much, Ruth! I’m so happy you chose my cottage for your surprise birthday weekend and hope to see you again soon!
Went with family to get out of the valley heat. Home was cozy and clean, lots of amenities that we, unfortunately, did not have the time to enjoy with smaller kids (biking, kayaks, etc). The kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, plates, utensils, spices, etc. Would love to stay here again if in the area.

Kindest regards,

My two oldest children and 3 grandchildren plus my husband and myself stayed at the cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed taking the available Kayaks out. The stairs are good exercise which I don’t mind . I wish there was another shower.
The cabin was very nicely setup. Nicely decorated with a variety of items which made the environment interesting and relaxing. The communication from the host was great. We had daily texts for ideas of things to see/do while we were there and good checkin/checkout information as well. The area has a lot of good walks around different lakes or trails. Our small dog enjoyed as well! Would recommend.

This home has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of mountain charm. The host has paid special attention to ensuring a fun and relaxed stay for adults and children. Games are available for young folks and the young at heart. We danced while the playing the vinyl records on the fabulous turntable. The stars at night from the warming fire pit will be a fond memory! We plan to return and cook some more amazing dinners! Thank you, Mary, for being a wonderful host!

Thank you for your kind words! I look forward to welcoming you back!!
We enjoyed our family vacation in this quiet neighborhood of little mountain town homes in the trees It has two bedrooms upstairs with five beds total (no bathroom which is somewhat inconvenient during the night/dark) and one downstairs with one bed and 1.5 baths. It has a nicely stocked kitchen and adequate seating in both the kitchen and family room area. There were games and a TV for the kids. It is conveniently located to grocery shopping which was nice and came in handy for planning meals and purchasing medical supplies. Our biggest issue arose from a lack of hand railings on either staircase which resulted in a serious injury when one of us fell down the stairs. Our suggestion is in a vacation rental that all ages of people stay, is that there are standard safety measures in place. Overall, we would recommend this rental with this one caviat and would stay here again.
