A beautiful, renovated beach promenade and a picturesque pedestrian street in the Old Town offer restaurants, discos and shopping. 15 minutes drive away is a large shopping center with cinemas. Nearby there are several golf courses with 18 holes, the Zoo Marine and the Aqua Land for the young generation.

The apartment is 160 m² in size and consists of a 80 m² living hall with the adjoining fully equipped kitchen, the four bedrooms each with 14 m² and the shower rooms in between. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa and includes a U-shaped planted courtyard of 80 m², which can be reached from almost all rooms via double doors. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, with dishes, pots, pans, a juicer, various coffee machines and a toaster, spices and the necessary detergent, and plenty of storage space for the food are available. In the living hall there are several sitting areas, a TV and music system with DVD player and turntable and a piano. The rooms on the upper floor are not rented and will not be used during the rental period.
