Are you looking for a luxurious vacation home, in a prime location on the first row of dunes by the water, then this house with private, professional outdoor tennis court is for you. The cottage is located at the end of a private gravel road with only three other houses along the road, so you can expect wonderful peace and quiet. The tennis court is shared by the three parties. The living room has an open roof ridge and the large picture windows offer a wonderful view of the breathtaking dunes. The fireplace stove provides pleasant warmth and coziness. The invitingly furnished living room is openly connected with the kitchen and the dining area laid out there. The house is equipped with three bedrooms, one of which is a loft with two beds. Two bathrooms, one of them with a whirlpool tub, complete the interior of this attractive house.
From one of the dunes on the property you have a sea view. It is not far to Klegod Fiskesø and the popular seaside resort of Søndervig with good shopping facilities and various restaurants and cafes is only a few kilometers away.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und geschnitten, die Lage sehr gut am Ende einer Schotterstraße direkt in den Dünen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Grill lädt leider nicht ein. Betten sind gut. Es gibt nur drei Häuser dort und einen kleinen Weg durch die Dünen zum Strand (3min). Allerdings gibt es eine sehr unhöfliche Nachbarin, die uns sehr unfreundlich anfuhr, dass wir diesen Dünenweg nicht gehen dürften und den Weg aussenrum über die Schotterstraße zu nehmen hätten (ca 30min). Nachfrage bei Novasol (einziger Kontakt bin FeWo direkt kommt gar kein Beitrag) hat nichts ergeben. Der Kontakt ist ohnehin schwierig- auf Mails wird offensichtlich grundsätzlich nicht reagiert (außer vorgefertigter verschlüsselter Texte). Abgesehen von diesen (kleinen) Problemen haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht. Alles in guter Entfernung, im Haus haben wir uns komplett wohl gefühlt und die Erholung war garantiert!
