4 bedroom stunning home in Predoscica

This holiday home is located on the beautiful island of Cres, in the small village of Predoica. The village is situated on a hill from where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea, the island of Krk and the Kvarner Bay. A large terrace in front of the house invites you to relax and dine al fresco. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view as well as the scents and sounds of the natural landscape.

The interior is spread over three floors. The living room, kitchen with dining area and two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the bathroom with washing machine is in the basement. The basement has a second entrance at the rear and there is a barbecue in the garden.
