This quaint and spacious home is located less than 1 mile from Sea Street Beach, Cold Storage Beach, as well as the private Quivett Neck resident only beaches. Crowe’s Pasture is only 1/2 mile away, which provides incredible hiking trails, breath taking views, and access to off-road beaches.

This home is equipped with all the amenities, including nice furnishings, brand new appliances, and antique Cape Cod touches throughout the home. Lovely trees provide privacy on this charming lot, which has a beautifully maintained green lawn and bright flowers. There is even two patios for relaxing and entertaining. And Large outdoor shower!
