Property was fantastic and so was the home and host. The price was a little steep but it was short notice and there was a huge festival in town so obviously there was some markup for that I'm sure which is understandable but regardless it was still worth every penny. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very well stocked and maintained. Anytime we are in town this will always be our first spot to consider staying, we absolutely loved it!

Our host Van was extremely attentive and responded very quickly to questions prior to our arrival. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable inside and out and one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed at. Definitely will stay at this property again.

Loved the place. The dinning room table was big enough for everyone. The decorating was beautiful, the mattresses were very nice. We went to Buffalo Trace which was less then an hour away. Downtown Louisville was only 25 minutes. Very secluded and spacious lot.

We were a group of 10 women in Louisville for a conference. The home looked exactly as advertised and very clean.We were able to have 8 ladies sleep in the beds and 2 slept in the basement on a futon & couch.We anticipated a couple of twin beds would be available from the listing, but slept comfortably with what was provided.Host responded quickly and graciously.We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching lightning bugs, cardinals and even a fox that made daily visits.Would return to this property with eagerness.

Five of us were in town for an exclusive bourbon tasting and the Derby, and it was the perfect home base.The setting truly lives up to its name—private, peaceful, and spacious. Having three acres to ourselves made it easy to relax after long days out, while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and great for hanging out and sharing pours.Van was an outstanding host—very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This a clean and spacious house, good for entertaining. The host was attentive and helpful. There was only one dishwasher pod for us to juse, but I am sure that will be remedied for the next guest. at first I felt that it was too expensive because I’m 72 years old on a fixed income, but it was simply lovely. It was worth what I paid. I had no complaints and I hope that I can come back soon.
