MIN5 - This newly renovated home gives you all the modern amenities wrapped up in oceanside living.  Set in the sand, this updated home is beautifully decorated and has every comfort.  Located on a sandy lane, enjoy time outside without the worry of cars, or head just a few houses down to the beach.  With amusements just down the boardwalk, you'll have plenty to do. Private row to beach & boards, large front porch, traditional Summer cottage style with all the right updates. Note: Saturday to Saturday rental. Street parking only, also this location featured on HGTVs "Beachfront Bargain Hunt". 

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
