Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war eher enttäuschend..es war alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig...der Backofen völlig veraltet mit runterhänenden Abdichtungsgummis.auch das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig und veraltet...Gardinen an den Fenstern unsauber und kaputt..der Fernseher nicht zu gebrauchen..weil kein Empfang..kein WLAN..Stuhl im Badezimmer kaputt..Bettwäsche teilweise mit Flecken..Matratzen veraltet..ungemütlich e Einrichtung..keine Kissen auf dem Sofa...Aufgang von der Holztreppe ein Stützfall kaputt..also alles in Allem im jetzigen Zustand nicht empfehlenswert.. ein Stuhl im Badezimmer kaputt...der Kamin war auch voll von alter Asche..die haben wir ersteinmal rausholen müssen..damit er brennen konnte

Silvester in der Eifel

Wir haben über Silvester drei Tage in Effelsberg verbracht, in der Hoffnung, dass hier an diesen Tagen weniger geböllert wird, als in der Stadt, da wir insgesamt 3 Hunde dabei hatten. Unsere Hoffnung wurde nicht enttäuscht! Das Haus bot uns - zwei Paare und 3 Hunde - großzügig Platz und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Den Fernseher haben wir leider nicht ans laufen bekommen (und der Vermieter hat uns nicht helfen können), aber bei drei Tagen war das nicht schlimm. Aber auch auf WLAN musste verzichtet werden. Leider wussten wir auch nicht, dass wir für den schönen Kachelofen Holz hätten mitbringen (oder noch kaufen) müssen. Alles in allem haben wir schöne und entspannte Tage verbracht. Gerne wieder.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het huis was nog niet gereed bij aankomst en vol met vliegen. Geen goede bedden en zwaar gedateerd. Plus punt waren de gezellige buren.

Wunderschönes Häuschen. Toll eingerichtet. Einzig das WLAN haben wir vermisst. Vielleicht kommt das ja noch irgendwann. Ansonsten gerne immer wieder!

Sehr netter Aufenthalt

Wir wurden mit einem netten Begrüßungskorb empfangen. Die Wohnung hat fünf Zimmer, Küche, Bad, so dass wir als Familie genügend Platz hatten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vor Ort, außerdem etwas Duschzeug und Tee, Gewürze. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, man muss halt das Landleben mögen. Nach Bad Münstereifel sind es ca. 13 km, dort gibt es dann Shoppingmöglichkeiten und auch schon die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Great house and wonderfull and quiet environment, well organizer and equiped with all nessesary items. Second bedroom bed could be better adapter for two adults

Familienurlaub in der Natur

Das Haus war wie erwartet, wir hatten reichlich Platz und einen Innenhof, wo die Kinder Laufrad fahren konnten. Das Haus war schön vorbereitet inkl einem Paket mit Erstversorgung an Lebensmitteln. Leider ist kein WLAN und auch kein LTE o.ä. im Haus verfügbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr knapp, aber ausreichend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit vielen schönen Ausflügen mit dem MTB direkt ab der Haustür.

Gemütliches, kleines Haus

Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man benötigt oder vergessen hat: Shampoo, Tee, Gewürze... Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos und freundlich.
