Charming two bedroom Bungalow with downtown views.

This secluded city bungalow has quite the pedigree and connection to Utah's history and settlers. It was designed by Don Carlos Young, the son of Brigham. The home was sited perfectly to take advantage of the sweeping valley views, the spreading cityscape, and the Salt Lake Temple. From its high up perch, it overlooks the rooftops of the tree-smothered Memory Grove neighborhood, with a birds-eye view of the State Capitol building. Lush landscaping make for a hidden blooming city oasis.

Memory Grove Park and the sprawling City Creek Canyon make for a hiker's dream with trails ranging from a casual park stroll, to a more adventurous trek deep into the Wasatch mountains. Downtown nightlife and historic sights are a mere ten minute walk. Or, if it's Utah's epic powder you're after, the entrance of Little Cottonwood Canyon is a 20 minute drive.
