We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

The home features three spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to ten guests. Two main-floor bedrooms include king beds and soft natural light, while the lower level offers a queen bedroom and a cozy kid-friendly room with twin bunk beds. Each space provides fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Living and entertainment spaces
Enjoy two inviting family rooms furnished with plush seating and Smart TVs, perfect for movie nights or relaxed gatherings. A separate game room adds extra fun with a foosball table, board games, and a glass card table for friendly competition. A quiet reading nook with a fireplace offers a calm spot to unwind with a good book.

Kitchen and dining
An open-concept kitchen brings everyone together. Cook with ease using the full suite of appliances, then share meals around a dining table that seats twelve. A nearby breakfast nook and a dedicated workspace with an outlet create flexible options for dining or remote work throughout the day.

Safety and convenience come standard with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and self check-in via keypad.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
