You’ll notice the fully renovated touches to the home. Modern meets cozy. You’ll feel right at home and that’s the idea. Be able to put your feet up and stretched back. Take a long shower and have plenty of space to get ready for a night out.

We love our guests and take what they say in consideration. Here is a fantastic review and great info to future guests. Also TP matters! We will definitely be making an upgrade!
“Wow! What a great place! Close to Downtown Bentonville which was great (overT-giving holiday)! Recently renovated, everything is very fresh, updated, and in great shape. This is not a cramped retrofit trying to squeeze extra square footage. This is a full-size two-bedroom (large rooms) with two full-size baths. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. I could not think of a single thing that should have been there that wasn't. There were also a few unexpected items of convenience such as coffee grounds, sugar & creamer, and a few cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper, etc.). The flat panel TVs are outfitted with a Roku device that allows guests to log in to their own streaming platforms (Netflix, Youtube TV, Apple+, etc.). Entry is easy with an electronic lock. Cons: Bring your own T.P.! (The stock was low quality). Place was FANTASTIC!”

Super clean

VERY clean and in a great location. Close to downtown, Coler, snd Slaughter Pen. Lots of extras in the kitchen.

Perfect Place

Wow! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Linda’s Nest. We enjoyed staying there for a mom/daughter weekend getaway. The house was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked and only a short walk to downtown. It’s part of a duplex but very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Great Spot for Two Couples

We loved Linda's Nest! It is ideally located near town - less than a 10 minute walk which meant we were close to great food, drinks and trails! The house was stocked with the essentials plus a few extras and very clean. Would love to come back!
