About this property

Located on Colorado Springs North East side. Minutes from the Air Force Academy, Promenade shops at Briargate, and Powers corridor. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The roomy kitchen with full closet pantry allows for easy preparation of all meals. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new (purchased in 2019 or 2020). Guests will not have access to the home's garage.

While here, you'll be able to adjust the thermostat to your personal preference; however, the AC will allow you to go down to 70 and the heat allows a max of 75.

This home's fireplace does not work. We've fixed it many times, and guests continue to break it, so we've given up. Sorry about that.

Parking is available on the driveway or on the street in front of the home.
Per the City of Colorado Springs Planning and Community Development Department, Short Term Rental Permit requirements, our permit number is 0417.

Great Neighborhood

The area is nice and the house was spacious. We had plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and no one had to share a bed. There are things that could be updated (mattresses and stair railings) but I understand that the house was about to be sold so those shouldn't be an issue if the house is no longer on Vrbo.
