- Smoking is not permitted on the deck or inside the home. Smoking of cigarettes and cigars is only
allowed in designated areas, specifically the front patio and in front of the garage. Please dispose
of all smoking materials in the outdoor trash receptacles.
- This home does not permit any form of drug use, including cannabis (420) or any other drugs,
either on the premises or inside the property.
- Please be advised that hosting events & parties is strictly prohibited.
- Minimum age to rent is 25.
- Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property has AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- It is advisable to use all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicles during winter months (October to April) for
easier travel. The roads are regularly maintained and the property is plowed.
- Cameras on property are for security purposes and not surveillance.
- Your reservation must accurately reflects the number in your party. Additional fees apply if
additional guests beyond occupancy with no prior approval.

Guest Access:
Access will be sent to you 1 month prior to arrival. If your arrival is less than a month out you will be sent details upon signing the rental agreement.
