Short walk to the beach! Quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath unit located in The Dunes neighborhood with a private yard facing sand dunes. No neighbors behind just peaceful sand dunes. Property also features a side dog run area, firepit, outdoor furnishings, in unit washer and dryer, WIFI and utilities. There is also ample designated garage, driveway, and street parking. No smoking or drugs. Only 1 pet is allowed. This is not an apartment or condo complex. This unit is approx. ~800 sq ft in addition to the outdoor area.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location for us to enjoy the beach. We plan to stay here again when we visit next year.

I stayed at this property for just under 4 weeks for a work trip. It was everything the listing said and more. It was very clean and had all of the amenities I needed. The beds were very comfortable. Two of my grown sons came for weekend visits and the back deck with the BBQ and fire pit was a great place to hang out and relax. I had one very small issue with a sound the heater was making. Diana and Vivian responded very quickly and had someone out to look at it the next day. Turns out it was just a little expansion noise due to the heater not being turned on in a few months because the weather is so beautiful out there. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway or a long term stay.

Excellent place really close to the beach

Really close to the beach - the air is chill and fresh here. You don't even neen an A/C. The apartament is spacious enough to be perfectly comfortable for 3...4 people family. It's very clean and nicely furnished. You have everything you might need, from coffee machines, through all kitchen utensils, beach towels, to washer and dryer Very nice backyard to spend evenings, with cool external lights and 3 different BBQs. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet. Management is very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Clean duplex perfect for beach vacation

The house is easy to find, park, and access Oxnard and Ventura. The house was clean, the property manager was very responsive, and the unit had basically everything we needed to cook, hang out, bbq, hit the beach, and sleep. It's a remodeled older beach house so it's not perfect but for our family and the price, it worked perfectly.
