If you are looking for a care-free and fun beach vacation home, look no further ... come enjoy our 2100 sq. ft. beach house next to Channel Islands Harbor and steps to the beach. We provide you with a completely stocked kitchen, linens, towels, entertainment center, pool/ping pong tables, games, air hockey, beach cruisers, two third floor decks, and much more ... you provide the sandals and shorts. Now, prepare yourself for a great beach experience!!!


This is a couples and family friendly property.
Please: No Smoking, No Pets, No parties or weddings.
(minimum stay - 3 nights)

OPEN KITCHEN (2nd floor)
After 23 yrs. in the restaurant business, you can rest assured Joyce and I have provided you with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and storage to prepare a feast for a crowd!
o 25 cu ft refrigerator.
o Double oven.
o Jen-air type range.
o 10 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, mixer ... etc. etc.

FAMILY/ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS (3rd floor)
For entertainment you'll probably end up here. For your enjoyment we've provided you with:
o A POOL TALE that can rapidly convert to a full size ...
o PING PONG TABLE.
o Two OUTSIDE DECKS that gaze out over the roof tops of Silverstrand to the beach just down the street.
o Double size SOFA BED.
o An over sized gas BAR-B-QUE GRILL. You could cook for an army on this thing!
o AIR HOCKEY TABLE.
o WET BAR.
o Another gas log fireplace.
o BLUE RAY/ DVD player.
o 42' LCD-HD T.V.
o Combination STEREO/TUNER/AMP to power the entertainment center.
o WIRELESS SPEAKERS for your audio enjoyment.
o Cupboards full of games, puzzles, cards, and more.

**LIVING/DINING ROOMS (2nd floor)
You'll no doubt be spending some time here because you'll find:

o A gas log FIREPLACE to take the chill off cool evenings.
o Independently controlled WIRELESS SPEAKERS for the entertainment of your choice.
o A dining room table seats 7 adults comfortably.

The connecting master bath highlights a separate tub/walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The entire room is outfitted with handicap grab-bars for your safety.

o 2 Luggage rests with storage.
o Another huge closet.
** Note: The guest bath has all new fixtures and an enclosed tub/shower combo.

**GUEST BED/BATH #3 (3rd floor)
This light and airy room could arguably be the Master Bedroom. It is situated off the Family Room with sliding glass doors opening to the main deck.
o 2 Extra long single beds.
o Chairs & storage cubes.
o Clock radio with an ipod dock.
o And yes ... another huge closet.
