Beachfront 3 bedrooms 2 bath house . Walk out into the sand🐬

Any closer to the beach and you will be floating in it! All amenities included – this luxurious beach house has everything you can possibly imagine. We are walking distance from everything and we are directly on the beach. Your own private cabana area with lounge chairs, you may also rent the upstairs each house if you have more people private hot tub, BBQ grill, full kitchen with all fixings, everything you need, so pack light! We have all baby amenities available! Just call and let us know what you need and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. One stay and this will be your home away from home! We have so many things to do here we can't name them all. Fishing, Snorkeling, Diving, Shelling, beach bars & clubs, Golfing... you name it, we're near it! We are walking distance from just about everything, located directly on the beach and are just 12 houses North of Doc's Beach House (restaurant, water sports, jet skiing, etc...)

Lovely beach house. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Coffee on the beach while watching dolphins is a wonderful way to start the day. And sunsets with your toes in sand is the perfect ending. Cindy was a dream to communicate with.

Great place for a family gathering

We stayed with our family and loved the location right on the beach and close to great restaurants and things to do. A manatee swam right by us along the beach! The house is a perfect beach home with lots to do including the hot tub, beach loungers, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards. Cindi is an amazing host and clearly has put a lot of work and love into this home.

Great weekend getaway

Clean and amazing location. What a spectacular view of the sunsets. The host has paddle boards and kayaks to use. She was very nice and attentive. We had a great time.

Very relaxing & beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living space. It was fun to go out on the paddle boards first thing in the morning when the gulf was calm. It was a relaxing vacation with plenty of things to do in the area.

Fantastic on the beach location!

Cindy was an amazing host, checked on us during the stay. Lots of amenities including paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks etc on property, included in rental. Hot tub on the patio overlooking the beach. Had a great time with our kids!

Beach house literally on the beach!!!

This was a really fun stay, the location of the Beachhouse couldn’t be any better, as soon as you step out of the door of the beach house you’re on the beach and on the sand. Check in and check out was very easy. We love the big windows with an amazing view of the beach.

Perfect family beach house

It was great to be able to pack light with 6 people, but still have everything we needed to enjoy the beach because the property had it all. Location is the best and makes the vacation so easy as everyone can do what they want. Cynthia checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.

You walk out right to the beach which is gorgeous. Palm trees, dolphins, pelicans, just perfect. Hot tub was nice and private. Cynthia was very accommodating and super thoughtful/generous. Beautifully decorated inside as well. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great beach escape

We traveled as a family with our two young children and it was so nice to have a place literally on the beach. No waiting for elevators or lugging beach toys. This property has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Lovely neighborhood, nice amenities, looking forward to visiting again!

Great location on a beautiful beach!

Cyndi was a great host! She was always available and proactively communicated about the property. The house was very clean and we enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach! There were lots of great amenities for enjoying the beach - including chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, surf boards and kayaks. There was also a lot of great shade under the patio.
