About this property

Are you looking for something unique for your vacation, wedding or as a seminar location?
Get to know our charming town house, built around 1780. It served for many decades in the 19th and 20th Century as a dye works in the middle of the old cloth town of Monschau. The historic house with its traditional charm is located in the middle of the old town in the heart of Monschau, just opposite the Troistorff house, our mother house.

It has been extensively renovated over the past two years - the preservation of historical monuments has been considered down to the smallest detail. In view of the existing building structure, we mainly used one building material for the renovation: clay. The material that the builders of the house already knew and used in 1780. The Cologne blankets and an exposed wallpaper as original in the 1st You will be enchanted on the first floor with their very special flair. A carefully restored staircase leads from the first floor to the upper floors.

Tradition meets modern - that is the motto and so our town house has been lovingly furnished.

Es hätte nicht schöner sein können!

Das Stadthaus war einfach der perfekte Ort für unsere Feier. Die Zimmer, der Garten, die Dekoration und Ausstattung, die Lage und das Ambiente haben unser Wochenende zu einem echten Erlebnis werden lassen.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf drei Etagen und sind gleichwertig in der Ausstattung. Es gibt kein wirklich schlecht gelegenes Zimmer. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist extrem hochwertig. Der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz für einen Grillabend. Mitte September hatten wir noch bis 17:30 Sonne auf der Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war gut. Bei der Anfahrt zum Haus mussten wir etwas suchen.

Traumhochzeit

Das Stadthaus Monschau ist der Hammer – sowohl das Haus selbst, als auch der Rundum-Service. Wir haben hier mit 20 Personen unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für uns und die Location entscheiden. Es gab rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Das Stadthaus-Team hat uns jeden Wunsch schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Hört sich jetzt ein bisschen nach bezahlter Bewertung an, ist es aber nicht. Für Events inklusive Übernachtung mit bis zu 22 Personen absolut empfehlenswert.
