A gem in paradise!

We rented “92 degrees in the shade” for over a month and we loved it! It has a great story about the name as well! Chris has an absolutely beautiful place with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Key West. The attention to detail was not lost on us even down to the roosters on the silverware. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The front porch is a great place to people watch while having your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location is one block from Duval, 2 blocks from the Southernmost Point, the Butterfly Conservatory, the Southernmost restaurant and so much more!! It’s easy walking to the Hemingway House, the Lighthouse and Moondog cafe. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to rent, this is it! Chris was a wonderful host with great communication and we hope to be returning soon. Thank you for a great stay!
