Die Wohneinheit ist ca. 59 m2 groß. Das Haus hat einen Balkon welcher genutzt werden kann. Die gemütlich neue Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, mit tollem Balkon und herrlichem Blick auf den Frankenwald ist für 1-3 Personen geeignet. Neu renoviert und ausgestattet ohne Teppichboden. Nichtraucherwohnung ganzjährig buchbar. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie 1 Einzelbett. Neues Bad mit Dusche und WC, Föhn, Waschmaschine und Trockner im separaten Wäscheraum Keller vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher mit Essplatz. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa , WLAN -Zugang, Sat-TV, komplette Wäscheausstattung. Bücher & Spiele sowie Kinderbett oder Aufstockung durch ein Zustellbett ist auf Anfrage möglich. Platz zum Wohlfühlen auf 59 qm. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wander- und Radwege. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus.
