Located only 15 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, our newly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for unforgettable getaway with your family and friends.

Relax in our spacious backyard overlooking the desert mountains, featuring covered dining and game areas, heated salt water pool and jetted spa with color changing LED lights, outdoor island with gas and charcoal grills, bar and large lounge area with firepit for breezy nights.

Spa heating is included. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival.

Other things to note
Per county regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house. Please respect out neighbors and neighborhood that welcomes you.

Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval.

Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance.

NO SMOKING inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine.

There are surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security purposes.

Exceeded expectations

Not enough stars for this home . Host went above and beyond to accommodate and responds very fast . House was very clean and completely matched pictures . I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Place for Family Getaway!

Wonderful house!!! The location of the house was perfect as we were in proximity to Palm Springs downtown and not too far from Joshua Tree National Park. The kids enjoyed the six TVs and playing in the pool. The various amounts of board games kept the kids busy and spending quality time with each other. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and spices. The place was very spacious and had more than enough bedroom space for our family. One small inconvenience was that there were only 2 full bathrooms and no half bathrooms. Other than this small convenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit. Overall this was a great house and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Desert weekend vacation

This was our very first Vrbo house rental and it was a fantastic experience! Lilit is a wonderful host and kept us well informed before, during and after our stay. I mentioned to Lilit, this felt like a home away from home for us. We will definitely visit again and will keep her in mind on our next desert vacation.

Perfect Desert Getaway

We rented this house for a girls weekend trip, and it was PERFECT. The outdoor space was amazing and we loved being by the pool. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Lilit was a great host and provided the perfect amount of communication, and even door dashed some essentials that we ran out of. Instructions for cleaning/checkout were simple and easy. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing property that looks just as advertised!!

This property was nothing short of amazing! The setup and layout look just like the pictures. We slept 14 people total comfortably. Even small issues were immediately handled without any intervention to us during our stay. All requested accommodations by the host were delivered promptly! Everything looks just as advertised on the pictures and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
