It is set to 86 degrees and it is being monitored and operated remotely which takes 8-10 hours for the pool to reach the temperature. Requests to heat the pool must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. 1 Ring doorbell camera is located on the front door, facing out toward the entrance. 1 camera is located on the garage, facing out toward the driveway. 1 camera is located on the side of the home, facing out toward the patio area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion

Palm Springs Requirements:
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 8 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy
