With 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Beds, 1with a queen and a loft that sports 2 queens and a twin, and 3 full baths, there is sleeping for 11 guests in beds. The spacious great room is a perfect spot for all to gather for movie night or enjoy a rousing game of billiards, ping pong or air hockey in the rec room. The expansive deck just off the living room complete with patio furniture, umbrellas and gas BBQ is the place to be during the summer months! Cook a favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen and dine outdoors, watch the stars and enjoy the beauty of the Sierra. Stay cool in the summer with Air Conditioning and warm in winter with a gas log stove and forced air heat. Level circular drive for easy winter access. Newly installed hot tub. Linens included
