The location is hard to beat, right off of the downtown area, a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The garage parking is a good idea for the area, helps with making you feel like your car is safe and so you dont need to pay to park.
-Loved the place-Clean, efficient, and modern-Excellent neighborhood to walk for food and shopping-Property manager was easy and quick to access with questions. -We felt super safe with the enclosed garage.
House was amazing. Very nice decor. Everything was amazing. Walking distance to a lot of bars and downtown life. Parking garage was a plus being the car I was driving Is highly stolen in today’s time. Not far to drive to Walmart either. This definitely was a gem and would definitely return.. DEFINITELY:-)
- Great apartment and indoor parking!
- Great location and surrounding businesses
- Well appointed, clean and spacious
- Good tap water and coffee
- Would definitely stay again
Very clean, great communication with the property owner, perfect location in the city, listing was exactly as expected and then some! This place will be the first place I search for every time I visit Raleigh!
This is the perfect place to stay. The owners were so kind, flexible and communicative. The place is spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is stocked with everything you might need plus nice extras such as bathrobes. I will definitely want to stay here again next time I am in Raleigh.
I entered incorrect dates when making reservation, host was very understanding and worked with me to best of his ability. The unit was well appointed and comfortable, garage parking i is a real luxury in this area of town. Restaurants and co-op market are within one block, very positive experience & unusual value.

Price was right and that was about it.
The photos are not current. There were two bath towels . I would not consider the kitchen equipped to make a meal. Missing paint on the walls , damaged bathroom floor areas. Inside bathroom cabinet look like they have never been cleaned per the large red stains inside the drawer.

We just took the listing down for renovations. All these changes should be corrected soon. Thanks for commenting
This location was so perfect for a weekend trip! Walking distance to restaurants and fun bars. Felt very safe! The residence was very clean and cutely decorated. Bed and couch bed were comfortable! Only downside was the windows don’t really keep any sound out and there’s a close train that is super super loud when it goes by and it happens a few times during the night. And right next to a fire station. Not as bad after a night of drinking but something to note for light sleepers or people traveling with children. :)
What a gem in the city! Super cute! Clean. Great kitchen. Comfy bed. Great shower. They have thought of everything! Close to everything! We spent a week house hunting in Raleigh and this was the perfect location. It was nice to be able to have free and convenient parking on site and be able to go back, park and walk to tons of dining options after a long day of touring. We also walked and toured the capital and museum. Lots to do nearby. The building is easy to get in and out of and very safe. I highly recommend and we will be back to stay again! One tiny bit of feedback, and just because we were there for a week. Add more hangers in the closet. Otherwise it’s perfect!
Wow! What a luxury it was to have a private garage in a downtown city location!!Be aware, however, that the garage is the first floor of the building and that you have to climb a flight of stairs to the first level of apartments/condos.Also, be aware that there is only one bedroom in this condo. It can sleep more than two people because the sofa in the general area is a pull-out and creates a queen-size bed (which was the most comfortable sleeper sofa I have ever slept on). There is also a roll-away twin bed, but I'm not sure the general area can accommodate both the sleeper sofa and twin roll-away without some major rearranging of furniture. We happened to visit during an especially cold spell, and although it appeared that we could control the thermostat, we could never get the temperature higher than 68 degrees in the general area - with the bedroom and bathroom feeling even cooler. We, however, did not attempt to contact the property owner as we were there only one night. He may have had a simple solution had we contacted him. This condo is in a terrific location - very close to everything in downtown Raleigh.
